LoadCargo.in — Cargo Loading Optimization Software

Truck Loading Software

Load every trailer right the first time. Plan FTL or LTL freight, keep multi-stop routes in unload order and balance axle weight — all in one 3D view.

LoadCargo.in is truck loading software that turns a list of pallets and boxes into a precise, driver-ready loading plan. For road freight the constraints are different from sea containers — unload sequence, axle limits and tail-lift access all shape the load — and the optimizer is built to respect them.

For full truckloads (FTL) the engine maximizes how much you fit into the trailer; for groupage (LTL) it keeps each shipment together and loads in reverse drop order, so the first delivery is nearest the doors. Multi-stop routes are loaded so nothing has to be unpacked and reloaded at an intermediate stop.

Axle weight distribution is calculated as you load, modelling rigid trucks and semitrailers, so you can see steer, drive and bogie loads and avoid an overloaded axle before the truck leaves the yard. Stackability, rotation and floor-only rules keep fragile and heavy freight handled correctly.

The trailer library includes box trucks, semitrailers, double-deck trailers, flatbeds and more, all editable to your fleet. Import cargo from Excel, optimize, check the 3D stack and axle bars, then export a loading plan the driver and warehouse can follow.

What the truck loading optimizer does

FTL & LTL loading

Maximize a full truckload or keep groupage shipments grouped and loaded in delivery order.

Multi-stop unload order

Cargo for the first stop loads nearest the doors — no reshuffling at intermediate drops.

Axle weight distribution

Live steer, drive and bogie loads for rigid trucks and semitrailers keep every axle legal.

Stack & rotation rules

Per-cargo stacking limits, rotations and floor-only flags protect fragile and heavy freight.

Editable trailer fleet

Box trucks, semitrailers, double-deck trailers and flatbeds — adjust dimensions to your vehicles.

Driver-ready export

Export the loading plan to PDF or Excel, or share a 3D link with the warehouse.
