LoadCargo.in is container loading software for freight forwarders, exporters and 3PL teams who need to know — before the booking — how much cargo really fits and how it should be stacked. At its core is a 3D bin-packing algorithm that places every box, respecting the constraints that matter on a real container: stackability and maximum weight on top, allowed rotations, floor-only items, loading priority and shipment groups that must not be split. It is the same engine that has driven LoadCargo.in since its desktop days, now running in your browser.
The container library covers 80+ standard units — 20ft and 40ft, high-cube, reefer, open-top and flat-rack — and you can edit dimensions or add your own. Verified Gross Mass (VGM) and weight distribution are tracked as you load, so an overweight container is caught on screen, not at the terminal gate.
The workflow is built for speed: import a cargo list from the Excel template, press Optimize, rotate the interactive 3D view to verify the stack, then export a PDF or Excel loading plan — or send a share link to your customer.
